I think you may find other companies will fit the criteria.
As this gold bull develops the PRU share price will increase many more times than the LGL share price.
So because PRU fits the criteria doesn't mean that PRU shareholders want to dilute away their massive upside by merging with a comparative giant like LGL with significantly less percentage upside.
