All my eth gets treated as trading stock for tax purposes through my crypto-mining company so my disposals to AUD aren’t treated as CGT but as revenue. I don’t trade cryptos at all. BDO have managed my tax for a long time and I’ve had no issues with the ATO. My revenue is about $30k a month.
I’m sure there will be a solution to the payment and CGT problem soon.
