NAL have a resource of 0Mt at 0.00% Li20 as of today IMO.
No JORC compliant resource = no mine design / optimisation
From all accounts you are a while away from even having a JORC resource, which then will feed into a Scoping / Pre-feasibility study.
If you wish to base a MRE on something other than the JORC code, by all means go ahead. That usually ends in tears.
There is a good reason the JORC code was developed, maybe do some research on a Nickel Mine 50 odd years ago that was the catalyst for the JORC being developed.
