When you consider we are around 20% of our post-tax revenue (2.4mtpa through-put 700usd/t SC6.
And we're about to drop an optimised 1.2mtpa this month, followed by the big bertha 2.4mtpa next quarter.

Peers are valued legit in the billions and will produce the same or less profit p/a. They're less developed and further behind in terms of development.

With FID this year, there's no reason why this isn't a 400-500M AUD stock which i've said since it was 50M.
Post-tax profit is 100-150m USD a year on 700usd/t SC6.

This is a money printing machine, and the other lithium plays spurting the same sort of commentary I am are in a similar position. The major difference is they start around a billion dollars for production in 2024-2025. Or they are much smaller and less profitable.

PSC can be 1bn in production. If you can produce 100M USD post tax profit there ain't many stocks below 1bn regardless of where you're located.

Discount for ZIM sure, but now 10% compared to peers. Once in production that's 10 times more earnings per share.

Really happy with the progress and everyone else who has done well. I haven't sold yet either.

Might wait for the FID personally to free-carry but realistically want to see a MC which reflects fair or overvaluation. We're not there yet. Not close in my book. Might be some selling on the OFS news, but i'm reminded that in the 2-3 months that follow the big 2.4mtpa will drop so essentially double whatever the 1.2mtpa pumps out and FID due before end of the year. The finance is absolutely the item which can push this to $1 no questions asked. 300M MC AUD for a project fully financed/offtakes/permitted/SEZ which will print that in profits in 2years at a SC6 of 700usd/t.

At current pricing (2500usd/t PSC would pump out 820M USD in revenue a year. or 700M USD post tax profit. I obviously don't expect the long term SC6 price to be at those levels, but there just isn't many projects with the same profitability to MC that PSC has.

Wider market is only started to wake up to the opportunity and large peer mis-valuation present.
