Tsibis, you seem to imply that CEZ will decide who gets the offtake. According to the reserve matters it will be a unanimous decision by the 5 directors of Geomet of which 2 are appointed by EMH.
I think that production will be split between a VW/NorthVolt JV (Havlicek was begging Deiss to situate the gigafactory in the CR recently) CEZ/L&G (for Skoda and others) and a gesture to Tesla (as the EU is giving Tesla €1bn for Berlin gigafactory) but (as others have said) with production quotas for vehicle parts to be made in the CR.
