New railway and port facilities are being developed for Queensland's ever expanding coal export industry. The coal goes to countries where there is no concern about CO2 and probably never will be. So called clean coal is only for countries whose people are actually worried about the theory of human caused warming. Coal is being burned in record quantities globally and is increasing in use. CO2 is rising and is going to keep rising I am in no doubt about that. Dave R.
