I reached out to Dr Nubile and he responded that he hadn’t heard of Paradigm or Zilusol/ injectable Pentosan Polysulphate. So yes Mozz is right it probably virtually unknown outside of these forums.
He did say that he would look into it as I told him that it looks like it could be DMOAD. And below is part of his reply
will indeed look in to it. There really has not been much on treatments that are truly disease modifying. Would be nice! Probably not yet available in USA.
I replied thanking him with a quick discussion and some links to a PAR presentation and the NFL cohort video and a screen shot of the protein pathway from the JP Morgan Healthcare presentation.
