I have a modest breakfast. The days of the full english are a distant memory thankfully.
So it's orange juice to wash down the medication and then cereal with tea or coffee.
Keeping up a variety of cereal is a challenge though because there aren't all that many plain & healthy, non-sweetened ones to keep boredom at bay. Always welcome suggestions.
Weetbix, Shredded Wheat, various mixtures of cereal/fruits/ nuts is what I mainly stick to. Oh and Nutrigrain, not sure if thats got sugar though, pretty lazy with labels & directions &etc.
Won't come at oats though although I make the 90 sec variety every day for my wife.
