If KP was looking for a distraction to make announcement then he couldn't have found a better opportunity with the Olympics, Afghanistan and Covid Delta in the same week.
IMO he clearly isn't waiting for a distraction to make approval.
The well known broker around these parts and their assertions that approval is a formality - I think people need to take will a serious dose of skepticism. Consider their possible motives.
I think it would be very naive to take their postings at face value.
No one has any idea whether PEP11 will be approved. But the signs don't look great at this point imo.
But I continue to hold.
