Which is now 50% x US$1.265b or AU$843m - 40% less than current market cap.
The $490m is going to JVco as 60% of the funds needed to develop the mine, the rest is coming from debt.
If you can show me how 50% of the NPV is now worth more than $1.4b I'm all ears. But I can't see how that's possible.
