That company is a little suspect though. Been fined by the feds for some of it's business practices.
Also it had to settle a lawsuit with investors over it's apparently misleading IPO.
They put aside growth to focus on profits. Who does that in a high growth industry? No one. That caused their share price to plummet.
It might be common practice to take lawsuits against companies after takeovers, but seems they probably deserve it haha.
