ALL developing resources are out of date !
No company stops drilling until they defined a resource but they still report resources from time to time .
Maybe an analogy .... a bank could say we can't report a profit because it would be out of date as we are still making money !
A cut off HAS to be made and the resource is reported AT THAT TIME , in the full knowledge that it will be added to at later times .
