With a share buy back of roughly 330 million shares, a bullish set of aspirations released today and a strong uptrend over the last 9 months, it is very compelling to at least add to holdings at these levels. To be fussy perhaps I would like to see a definitive upside close of above $4, but unless international equitiy markets rattle our cage, I can only see upside at present.
