Beattle, you are dreaming if you think administration will help BEPPA. You will undoubtedly see nothing.

However, that deal that Melua suggests may happen, that would simply get voted down. There has to be something in it for the BEPPA holders and SPARCS holders to come across into BBI ords. It will not be pretty, but if it is totally ugly then they will vote it down.

There has to be a middle ground there somewhere.
