    For all those whingers, please refer to page 4 of the UMC announcement A photo of Mr Fehlberg, Mr Hogan and 2 Chinese gentlemen. How can 2 incompetent men sign a deal with Chinese after only 2 wks of meeting them???? Answer is, the negotiation process has taken time but the fruits have been rewarded.

    IMO this deal is the "start" of a long road. IMO the deal is great for long term holders. It puts real pressure on 3rd party rail access. CRM has shown its hand with a same day deal with FRS.
