a simpler version of my post above:

in ~mid june this year drc awarded the inga projects to fmg

today, 15 sept 21 (europe, drc) 16 sept 21 (aus) the drc president advised fmg that he is opposed to the signing of contract with fmg.

how is it relevant to avz?

there could be some difficulties for avz in obtaining the mining licence (on avz terms) from the president / drc gov.
does not mean there will be but who knows?

looking forward to fmg's announcements and sp tomorrow friday.
