In the 16 month period we can see excess deaths of 600k+ in Russia, 700k+ in USA, 230k+ in South Africa, 500k+ in Brazil, 450k+ in Mexico etc.

yea mexico were definitely one of the worst, then suddenly their excess deaths dropped off a cliff, much like many parts of India.
