Please do some research. You can easily check on ASX to track the share purchases and news announcements.
Purchases by Directors in the last 12 months? If I rem correctly, there is ~13, and of average of around $10k worth of shares each time. (correct me if I am wrong)
Mostly from new executives who had barely any shares in the company, <100,000shares.
Check the company's 2020 shareholder table, note how little shares Directors hold in the company, and even after the purchases they made throughout the year.
