Just checked the VTG website - they still have an aggressive recruitment program in place, so it is business as usual. All the logic suggests this is ripe for plucking - TLS has the cash (probably too much if they are talking about buy backs) + the buy back of the network is front and centre with their plans and Penn seems keen to move fast...except he isn't! There is more kudos -publicity wise - for Penn if he continues rolling out more parts of his strategy. The TLS SP is on the up atm and market fervour is favourable. Right now, either TLS are playing hard ball or Maxine is.
