I am sorry you feel that way but to correct you on a couple of points FCD's have always been done in SA and this by far is considered to be the biggest task in Submarine maintenance, also when ever any major tasks involved in Sub maintenance are required to be done in WA a very large number of SA employee's are sent to WA to undertake those tasks,
