The fact that AVZ is presenting at the forum in DRC at months end would suggest that ML would ,more than likely be announced before hand ?? It wouldnt make much sense to invite AVZ delegates to speak on behalf of the company to discuss a special economic zone and tax incentives when the company in question hasnt even been granted a mining license .
