Engaging in cartel behaviour would be great for business?? - In reality it only works for opec and even they manage to screw it up... Outside of that no nation(s) would allow it as it would ruin any reputation they have for international trade. IMO it may look like an option short term but will bite hard when it does - and it will.
Tshipi have next to no production costs (compared to others?) so as long as they are the cheapest they need to buckle down and weather the storm, once the higher cost mines sweat and quit then its time to make some $ and continue to pursue efficiencies. I think the leadership issue is helping destroy the price atm and some buy quantities look to me like some stop hunts / accumulation but I'm only new to understanding this.
