Announcements from 4DS have consistently stated all year that 4DS is on track to produce a megabit chip within the timeframes they set out. If David sold on the basis he knew it was going to take a lot longer it's been nearly six months since that inside information came to him and the news from 4DS has consistently been that Megabit Chip is on track for 2021. So that would imply the company has been misleading investors for 6 months. So I don't believe David sold on the basis of that sort of info - I just think he needed cash to pay for the next stage of the home build.
Commercial transaction? Definitely looks off for later but the company has a lot less control over that.
