Also, we know the imec bill is EUR250k per qtr (AU$400k). They have plenty of cash to get through to the end of 2021. If they are confident in producing the Megabit Chip before then, it wouldn't make sense to raise capital until early 2022.
IMO, don't expect a cap raise until after the results of PL3 are known. Any capital arriving before that would be due to a corporate transaction.
