Investor 2 would have to have already been invested prior to the announcement of the cap raising so it doesn't quite work.
Still the point is taken.
ELD at 25c - 4.4B shares- 1.1B market cap - 200M debt looks a lot more sound than ELD at 40c-800M shares- 320M market cap - 700-800M debt. As long as earnings meet guidance...
