It would appear the only thoughts you're interested in hearing is the echo chamber inside your head. There is no point in dialogue as you put your words and spin on another's view. And a reference to a very similar adventure becomes for you becomes "chest beating".

I got it ... you think its a pretty average deal and 50% was too great a slice to sell off. Point taken.

I think its a reasonable deal (especially as it solidifies the equity in the JV required to advance debt financing). It has increased the BVE and that it is important to me and how I look at the value in a company (don't confuse that with the day to day share price. What did the great one say "Price is what you pay and value is what you get". I prefer "buy").
