Vaccinated are creating mutant strains? Delta came from India at a time when its vaccination rate in that country was a few percent. Give a virus a large enough unvaccinated population to transmit in, like, say 1 billion Indians, and it'll naturally mutate.

As for vaccinated Israelis and Brits being the ones causing "problems" for the health system, its simply poor analysis that's not grounded in any fact.
