There are also about 1.4 Billion of the 6 billion shares scatter across the other OTC's which leaves far less than most people think.
So top 20 3 billion
OTC.s 1.4 Billion (maybe more, as I don't have the full accounting)
leaves about 1.6 Billion which is really in play.
