I think I have a problem...I seem to keep on leaving too much profit on the table by selling too early!

This week for example I missed out on
nearly 5k worth of additional profit on 4 different stocks -

My stock picks are usually 80% on the money but by selling too early I keep on missing out on what could have been much bigger profits

Anyone have this problem as well? And if so how do you deal with it?
