CLH was on the canvas and while it's back on its feet it is still quite dazed. Credit Corp (CCP) seem to think they can turn it around, judging by the $15m short-term loan they were willing to provide. I guess you either believe in the turnaround story or you don't. It will be a binary outcome with CLH in my view.
