I don't think the management is going to waste time, money and effort to do anything that has no bearing on the success of the company. A share price consolidation is one such thing. If anything, management would be concentrating on getting that first significant partnership going. Once that first deal drops, then IMU would be in a real different league. And that is what they would spend all their time and effort on.
And as @Matthehat said above, once the company has strong recurrence revenue, and if the share price is considered undervalued, they can then always do a share buy back.
