I don't think they have offtake agreement or locked their price with hedge ...IMO.... they have big probable IO in peru but at the same token they haven't locked in any FOB and Take or Pay type contract in place... which is surprising and keeping risk high for the shareholders... IMO.

Also I noticed that unlike other mining company this one has not provided any investor presentation for longtime..... so how on earth people know they exist? also they don't have any recent presentation on when Peru will be cash-flow positive so all in all lot of hidden/unknown information on this stock for some reason... IMO.

Company for some reason did capital raise twice with once at 4.5c (June 2020) and then at 10c (Nov 2020)... which again is surprising..as why pay fees twice and go through issue process when they could have done all in one go... IMO.

The company board is made-up of Law Graduates... This is very similar to the company that almost gone broke even though it have mine under production (MMI). All due to fact that MMI didn't have any board member with right educational background for the industry they represent... I invested in MMI at cheap 3.4c when Book value was 7c thinking it is cheap but now it's trading at 1.8c with 2.9b outstanding shares ... lol.... !!

luckily few month ago board changed and now people with mining experience working at the boad level... so there is hope for MMI... IMO.
