The joys of lockdown extra curricular activities. Below is a snapshot comparison for anyone who wants to view just how undervalued LiveTiles really is right now. It’s absolutely mind boggling how undervalued it really is. I started putting this together last weekend but got side tracked. Since then, Big Tin Can has gone up another $100 mil market cap in a week (even Serko, a travel booking platform, yes travel! Has gone up $50 mil market cap in a week, even though their recurring revenue went majorly backwards).

I don’t like to necessarily look at percentage growth as the likes of Dubber, Serko and Nitro are building from a smaller base so obviously percentage growth will seem more pronounced! However, given LiveTiles has targeted break even and cost cutting, their ARR growth YoY is not too far off the pace and I anticipate they’ll look to turn on the “growth taps” once again once cash at bank starts to build and cash receipts continue to grow. (They’ve already started, $3.9m growth in ARR last quarter)

In my mind, I don’t see why we aren’t around the $650m - $800m. Even comparing to Dubber’s figures, there certainly seems like there is no reason why we shouldn’t hit $1bil market cap in the medium future. This certainly contradicts the suggestion from one poster that LVT could only reach $0.60 per share at best.

DYOR but if our peers are anything to compare against, we should be sitting at approx X10 multiple and a share price of $0.70 per share. How the hell you sit at 783.27m market cap at x69 multiple with declined recurring revenue of $13.5m is beyond me. It’s clear as day the share price is being manipulated. By who and why? I’m not sure.
