These for the most part are not instos buying in.Instos got badly burned last time and some even got burned the time before.Viking is trying to protect its original investment and get a leg in the door for new FPSO business. The other guy probably thinks he has found a birds nest on the ground and thinks he will make a killing and become an oilman. Time will tell.
Obviously there will be plenty of selling from those that want a quick profit, from 22 cents to ?.Will the sp come down to the low 30's or even high 20's ?...Absolutely.
Will the sp stay there ? Depends on what deals can be done with Crux and ES, and when LT comes onstream and how late and overbudget it is, and if AEG completes the deal, and what price oil is, etc etc.
