We've all known about the supply deficit for years - it's just getting bigger over time.
~180m lbs requirement (and rising with the 50 new reactors coming online in the next 5-6 years)
~130m lbs annual production with about 10-15m lbs of idled supply (most of which is 12-24 months away) and only if the U price increases at least another $10
New mines will take minimum 2 years and only if U price increases at least $10 (more like $20+)
That's what a structural supply deficit looks like.
