yes, our buyer was desperate to buy a big parcel quickly. Showing their desperation on close on Friday suggests they feel there is not much time left to get set.
but nearly just as bizarre was the big seller putting up sell orders.
It is as though the seller knew a big buyer was active and was offering big parcels to them, but only if the buyer paid up.
