With the huge revenue and TTV momentum ZIP has at the moment (100%+ yoy), any offer has to be pretty huge as we’re at 400mil revenue on June 30, but by the end of Dec we will be at 600mil then another 6 months after that 800mil to 1billion.
So to take any offers while this massive growth period is happening there has a lot of fat in it to cover off on this hard earned momentum and what is coming just around the corner.
Can’t blame Larry for not settling for lower.
