The crowd fund was put to a group of reasonably competent retail investors through the Facebook group ASX medicinal cannabis investors, by the company directors, who were also contributing and respected members of the group, very thoroughly analysed, questions asked, answered, and turned out to be a very successful crowd fund. You could contribute up to $15K.
Now everyone is rewarded. Big success story.
