So let me get this straight, if you're keen for an 8% return, ie/ NPV8, from when Authier kicks off it is worth $216mil, and NAL is worth $456mil.
So combined value of them would be $672mil. Then place a value on the others still under exploration.
I'll add NPV8 is a low discount rate for projects of such high risk, more prudent to use 15% IMO given the risk profile which would lower the values.
Soo, given both projects have execution risk, $1.1bil seems very steep at this point in time.
