If Pen.asx has 53million lb of U at a MC of $350mil, then with 24million you would hope that would at least add an additional $50mil min on-top of our current position.
Re the appeal, I don't see a way that could possibly get more than a pro-forma rejection given the miserable state of SA economy and the momentum they have for bringing back mining.
