    IMHO the difference between your proposed scenario and UMC's. Is issuing shares meaning capital to our company ( funds for development ) v's arranging a bailout of a short term holder at a substantial premium to that holder.

    Then our director's may have needed to proceed to further and bigger cap raise.

    Better short term paper loss, for long term stability and gain
