    I spoke with Mike V just to confirm in my own mind that there was no downside to MNL in the privatisation of NSWL, this was his response :

    "We've known about the impending sale for quite some time so we included
    provisions in our agreement that new owners would have to abide by.
    So it's business as usual as far as we're concerned".
