I agree with you. I am a long-term holder but to be honest I have a bit of share 'fatigue' with ISX given the ongoing issues so do not follow it really closely. The prospectus is very long and I did skim through it but did not read every detail. A 1 hour presentation would be nice for us to see the vision and maybe ask some questions (which can be submitted before hand). Not sure why others are rubbishing your idea. I think the board would rather do one, 1 hour presentation than field 10,000 calls from individual shareholders about their particular questions. Maybe it has to do with the upcoming court cases and they are concerned a live event they might say the wrong thing so they are being extra cautious with how they communicate at the moment. Although JK doesn't seem concerned on his social media accounts. Through times of trouble, it is nice and reassuring to see leaders be have a presence and be transparent by doing these types of things. FYI: I am not opposed or in favour of the demerger. As above I am pretty fatigued with the whole thing so have not really dived into the details. ISX is only a small part of my portfolio as well. I am sure the shareholders who are more invested and have the energy to look into the details will vote for what is best for all shareholders interest's given we are all in the same boat of capital being locked away.

Hi Sam, I couldn’t agree more. This is a highly unusual move (being a demerger) by any Australian Listed Company. I’ve never been involved in deal such as this and I would guess the very vast majority of shareholders would be in the same boat. I see nothing but positives for the company to hold a webinar or alike.
