I'm struggling to see how even a good scoping study can lift this one now, unless we see some kind of funding for development announced with it.
Incompetent management, or very deceptive management allowing shareholders to see little hope leading them to sell their shares cheap.
Are we being played by whoever is accumulating at sub 3c, and are management party to it?
Not much else explains the silence and poor decisions this year imo.
