I hate this stuff. Have been burnt too often by this.

For those less familiar with C.R.'s:-

Small shareholders wonder why the shareprice is relentlessly heading south, then a trading halt pending an announcement (usually says in relation to capital management) then the dreaded large number of shares (sometimes with attached options) issued to clients of the issue organiser at a substantial discount to the current shareprice.

After the newly issued shares trade the shareprice drifts invariably falls down to the capital raise price (as new shareholders offload their newly acquired shares for a quick 10% or 20% profit). Existing shareholders suffer both a fall in shareprice and dilution in the equity they had in the company. I suspect Canaccord Genuity will be behind the next capital raise.
