only my personal read of the situation, but they would either get the cash proceeds if the receiver sells them to a third party, or they get the shares if the receiver sells into a t/o offer from CFE (as per COV situation) either by paying cash, or issuing CFE scrip

No time frame though.....unless they make a t/o bid

Given they didn't take the 19.9% of NIP up front, perhaps it is their intention not have these in their portfolio at all. But who really knows.... certainly not me

They have a lot of coals in the fire to manage so maybe time is on their side when it comes to deciding strategies for all these orphans
