Here is a little something to read and think about, got a little lazy with words but well worth the read.
Western Digital called the immediate meeting with 4DS for the following purposes.

- improve exceeded storage class memory read speeds by (x10) order of one magnitude
- Demonstrated scalability of its memory cell to the smallest cell geometries supported on imec’s memory platform (potentially sub-7nm).
- Demonstrated memory cell switching using an access device (selector)

Western Digital may be the very reason why 4DS intentionally downplays the significant milestone. NDA cannot be the excuse here.
This needs to be addressed at the up-coming AGM as its very clear 4DS are intentionally not promoting these significantly major achievements, WHY?

4DS for the first time announce read speed exceeding Storage Class memory requirements.
Requirements for Storage Class Memory is to have near DRAM speeds. 4DS exceeding those requirements potentially mean that they may have cracked the speed of DRAM.

4DS ticks a major commercial requirement proving repeatability related to core memory characteristics.

4DS again ticks a major commercial requirement proving repeatability related to core memory characteristics. Only this time they announce for the first time FAB qualification with high volume profuction DRAN and NAND factories. AND improving the already exceeded SCM read speed by (x10) an order of one magnitude. This surely has to have broken the speed of DRAM (Western Digital calls meeting).

Two major milestones totally overlooked by the uninformed market, and with no help from 4DS to explain to the uninformed market its significance. It's clear that 4DS are intentionally under promoting the hell out of these major achievements. Others listed on the ASX recently achieved one of the two milestones and they had a dedicated announcement with social/media promo packs detailing its commercial and industry significance which turned it into a 26% single day rise in the share price. It's interesting how 4DS intentionally downplayed these major milestones by just providing a single line statement from its engineers that is specifically designed not to excite the market.

4DS did however tactically lead the uninformed market to focus on a meaningless term "Technical Issues" that were not technology related, resolvable and do not impact the timeline / budget. I guess Western Digital may have a say as to to what is promoted to the market / industry, I don't think its all related to the NDA as you can publish meaningful data to excite the market without presenting metrics.

Drs, Wilbert van den Hoek joined 4DS back in November 2020 and from that point to now 4DS has made major progress as seen above. These milestones would have undoubtedly got the interest of leading industry players if 4DS have secretly promoted themselves to a closed group. Western Digital calling for an immediate meeting with 4DS to present the latest technical update may be that "material" first step towards an acquisition.
