This is a poor deal for CLW, excellent for LEP.
On the last yearly report, LEP earned 19.1c per share, so at $5.68 thats a P/E of 29 and a dividend of 21.5c for a yield of 3.78%. Would you buy CLW with those figures, I think not
The price is going to go down
CLW is a trading stock, just like the miners. It is not a buy and hold company. I will be a buyer around $4.80.
