it’s already happened . On the ground floor white Caucasian males don’t get a lot of carreeer opertunity. On the ground floor most BHP workers are tired and fed up with the company not listening to our concerns . Management have cut and taken from workers for so long it now affects safety and moral . Good operators have been leaving in droves to be replaced with proportionally higher numbers of subsidised Female employees . ( nothing wrong with a female employee if they get the job on qualification , and are the best person for the job ) as a very long term employee am have been saddened by what I have seen in the last eight years .
