I'm not so sure they'll do an announcement for the commencement of drilling.
or they'll say they did, back in that last announcement that indicated 15 September.
I'm noticing these guys are light-on when it comes to announcements. they're less like a junior in that respect. they only report when either they have to, or there's something they really need to update the market on.
in that respect I'm not sure they're so big on marketing.
it's a good strategy, IF you have something positive to update. and that's a big IF.
a bit of fluffy PR every now and then could help investors feel a bit more comfortable in their entry points.
but this is also why private equity is becoming increasing popular - there's a lot less baby sitting. and I don't mean that disparagingly to anyone here. but I'm sure it's a view held by many in management when deciding to list publicly or go private.
